Tonight started out REALLY interesting, the moment I walked in my second shift girl (she is new and still doesn't have a name yet) was having a "discussion" with a couple at the front desk... They were not happy with their room and they were leaving, they wanted a refund, the problem was that they had checked in HOURS ago, like more than 8 hours ago, and they now wanted a refund because they were not happy about the room. The problem with that is that in 8 hours they could have come into the room, slept, showered, gotten some booty, had a party, done whatever, and then come up here and said they didn't want the room and that they wanted a refund... So the girl called the Manager and asked what we should do, and the guy that was standing in front of her say (really loudly because he is an asshole and his Momma didn't teach him any better manners) "You can refund my money like I said" and so she listens to the manager for a moment and tries to explain to him that she can't refund his money because they paid in cash on a different shift and that money was dropped and we keep limited cash on hand her and she is being as nice a possible to him and finally she says "Do you want to talk to my manager?" and he says "YA... Gimmy that phone!!" he was such a rude ass... and he listens to the phone for a minute and then tosses it back to the girl and starts to walk out the lobby and says "You better send me my money in 3 days or I will come back down here and put a bullet between your eyes!" Seriously? Dude... You paid $55.69 for that room and your an asshole... and if you think that you are going to get that money in 3 days you are soooo mistaken... and after he said that his wife tried to make things all better by saying "He doesn't really mean that... he doesn't.. just please try to get that money sent out as soon as possible... I am so sorry..." That guy will be luck to get his money sent out in 2 weeks...

Somewhere in the conversation with that girl he asked why we can't just get a housekeeper in there to clean him room... Well... lets think about this... it is after midnight... and housekeepers work first shift... He wanted us to call in a housekeeper at midnight to come and re clean his room... I don't think so... Some people just need to have their ass handed to them at some point in time... he was a big, tall, man and i think that he has just never had his ass handed to him... poor guy, I hope it happens to him soon... then he will appreciate thing more...
