I got a call while i was at work tonight, it was from our security guy, he was at another property, the one right next to ours, he wanted to know if I could come over and check in some people, they had been standing the in the lobby waiting for an hour for the desk clerk and he hadn't showed up... WTF??? So I said I would... The security guy came to my hotel and waited here so TBHTEW would not be empty and I went there, I could not find any keys, evidently they use key cards over there, we use real keys here... so I finally found them a room at one of out other hotels, they were all set to go to that hotel, they were in there car and everything, I got in my car and that is when the clerk got out of his car with a donut box and walked into the hotel!!! Where the hell was he for the last 2 hours??? Those people called 30 minutes before they got to the hotel, then waited for an hour before the security guy got there, then it was another 30 minutes before i got there and found them a room to stay in... total... 2 hours... where the hell was he all that time??? and then he just walks in with a box of donuts???? I want THAT job!!! He better get written up, 3 days suspended... SOMETHING!!! He probably won't... but he should!
Nothing really happened at TBHTEW, some guy couldn't get his PSP online because we have weak WIFI, and giggly girls called about pillows and cups, and 20 people checked into 2 rooms... it was 4 adults and there kids, they were big rooms, I didn't realize there was that many people till after they walked away and I looked at the number in party part, then I was like WOW... that is crazy!!! And of course there was the usual "I need towels" ... All in all... slow night :)... Thank you Princess Leia for letting me use you computer :) It really helps me stay awake :)
